3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of some products (pickles, chutneys, honey), returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective.
- To request a return or refund, email orders@desilo.pk within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after verifying the claim.
