Exchange Policy:
There is no exchange policy as per the customer’s liking or disliking of the outfit since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.
An exchange will only occur in an unlikely situation where a defective or incorrect product has been sent to the customer. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
In case of an exchange, the customer must ship the product back to DesiLO.Pk within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy:
DesiLO.Pk allows returns of defective items bought online provided the items are in their original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and Unused with original tags and packaging.
For eligible returns, customers should contact our customer service center. To be eligible for a return, customers must provide their online order ID along with a valid reason for the return and share clear pictures of the items received within seven (7) days of receiving their order. Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
The customer must choose a replacement outfit from DesiLO.Pk online store. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cancelation Policy;
A customer may cancel their order by contacting DesiLO.Pk on the available customer service lines within 24 hours of order placement.
Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
NO CHANGES CAN BE DONE IN ANY ORDER ONCE THEY ARE IN THE PROCESSING STATUS .
CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE CHANGES TO THEIR ORDERS ONLY IF THEY ARE IN A PENDING STATE.

All under one roof shopping for all your clothing, grocery ( Carrefour ), fragrance and eatery needs. There is ample paid parking in the basement. The escalators are all functional. Some good fine dining restaurants are also in the same mall. The food court is massive and the choices are unlimited. Definitely worth going to.
